Reading the guide

This implementation has no advertising pixels, audience analytics, session-replay tools, chatbots, contact form, or automatic third-party video player. It does not sell or share browsing information through advertising integrations. The PDF is available without a registration form.

Like other websites, the hosting service may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, time, and security-related events to deliver and protect the site. Hosting-level security cookies, caches, or logs are distinct from optional marketing tools. A promise of “no cookies or data processing at all” would not describe that distinction accurately. Cloudflare Pages hosts this guide.

Cookies and device storage

The guide’s code does not set cookies. By default, your checklist and selected topic are held only in the current page’s memory. It does not write persistent progress storage until you explicitly choose “Remember my checklist and topic on this device.”

If you choose that option, the browser stores the checklist and topic under anipros.roofguide.progress.v1, and stores that preference and its expiry under anipros.roofguide.preferences.v1. The preference expires after 180 days; these entries are cleared on the next visit after expiry. These entries are not sent to AniPros by the guide. Clear them anytime in Privacy settings. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may see saved progress.

When browser storage is disabled or unavailable, the guide remains usable; progress simply cannot be remembered. Declining optional tools does not block the guide. There are no preselected marketing choices.

Optional Roof Price Check

The price tool loads only after an unchecked permission box is selected and the “Allow and open” button is pressed. It does not load on page view, on scrolling, or merely because you used it previously.

Opening it connects to our estimate technology provider, ROOFLE. That provider may receive technical details such as your IP address, browser information, and page URL and may use cookies or other storage. If you choose to enter a property address or contact details in its form, the provider and AniPros may process that information to prepare or respond to the requested estimate. Review the actual tool’s notices and separate communication choices before submitting. Do not enter sensitive policy, claim, identity, or financial documents.

Closing the tool withdraws this page’s permission and removes its embedded document. It stops the active embed but cannot undo information already transmitted or delete all third-party storage; use browser controls or contact the provider for that. Merely opening the tool is not agreement to unrelated marketing messages.

Contacting us and your choices

If you call or email AniPros, you provide information directly to the business and the communications service you use. We use it to respond to your request and manage the resulting business correspondence. Retention depends on the request and applicable business or legal obligations; this guide does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or ask to stop marketing contact, using the contact details above. Applicable rights, identity checks, exemptions, and response requirements depend on the law that applies. Avoid sending sensitive documents in an initial privacy request.

This site does not implement advertising sale/sharing or cross-site advertising integrations. A browser Global Privacy Control signal does not switch any optional feature on. Following an external link leaves this site and is subject to that destination’s practices.

Security and changes

Do not send sensitive documents through the guide. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the site’s actual tools or practices change. The date above identifies this version. New analytics, forms, or video services must be reviewed and reflected in the notice before they are activated.
