No obligation or insurance promise

Reading, saving, printing, or using the checklist does not hire AniPros. You choose your contractor. A separate written agreement is needed before AniPros performs contracted construction work.

It does not establish damage or coverage, file a claim, or guarantee that an insurer will accept an estimate or pay for work. Required disclosures for covered storm estimates must still be addressed.

AniPros is a construction business and may benefit if you later choose to hire it. It is not a government consumer-protection agency and is not affiliated with the Arizona ROC, DIFI, or your insurer. Links to official sources are provided for independent checking, not as endorsements of AniPros.

Third-party sites and optional tools have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Review them before providing information or entering an agreement. No financing application or lending service is offered through the guide itself.

Use and sharing

You may read, download, print, and share the guide for personal homeowner education without charge. Preserve the source attribution, relevant qualifications, and review dates.
